These have been delivered through both volunteer efforts and fundraising. The network is also committed to advancing the recruitment and retention of women in the sector, which is delivered through various coaching, mentoring and networking opportunities.
“We are honoured to be partnering with HLB International. The accounting sector has a very important role to play in the realization of the CSR agenda, with recent studies showing that up to 90% of investors deem integrated sustainability reporting to be essential to their business. And so by supporting HLB International to advance not only its own CSR strategy, but that of its network, we hope to generate real, positive change across 130 countries” – Daan Elffers, Founder and CEO of EMG Group.
